Frank & Eddy Quarterly, Q4 2025

We meant to send you the F&E Quarterly by December 17. We didn’t.

This is not a dramatic failure (we’re pretty sure you didn’t even notice!). It’s a small moment that reinforced something worth sharing:

In the past two years in business together, we’ve learned a lot about each other and ourselves. The word “commitment” does different things to each of us. For one of us, it’s a strong motivating force that means things happen that wouldn’t otherwise. For the other, it can quietly turn into pressure that becomes paralyzing. Both are true. And learning how to work with that difference, instead of pretending it isn’t there, is part of the real work.

So. We will continue to notice where we’re different, naming it honestly, finding the humorous moments, giving each other grace, and experimenting as we go. As the year winds down, that feels like a good reminder: we’re all doing the best we can with the nervous systems and expectations we have. And there’s a lot of beauty in the imperfect moments.
